Craig Morgan Pays Tribute To His Iconic Anthem 20 Years After Its Release

Craig Morgan celebrated the 20th anniversary of one of his most iconic anthems with brothers Dan and Reid Isbell on a recent episode of God’s Country.

Morgan joined the brothers and podcast co-hosts, and the trio paid tribute to “Redneck Yacht Club.” The Tennessee-born country star released the single on his third studio album, My Kind of Livin’, in 2005. It’s remained one of the biggest hits of Morgan’s career, along with “That’s What I Love About Sunday,” “International Harvester,” and more: “Side by side, there's five houseboat front porches/ Astroturf, lawn chairs and tiki torches/ Regular Joes rockin' the boat, that's us/ The Redneck Yacht Club.”

Dan and Reid — who have written music for Luke Combs, Miranda Lambert, Scotty McCreery, Jon Pardi, Lainey Wilson and others — started their weekly podcast in early January 2024. Some of the first guests to appear on the show include HARDY, Dustin Lynch, Colbie Caillat and others.
