It's A Rainy Monday — Flash Flood Watch In Effect Across Massachusetts

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — It's another rainy July day. The National Weather Service says a Flash Flood Watch is in effect for most parts of Massachusetts and the surrounding areas of New England.

The Flash Flood Watch will last through Tuesday morning.

A Flash Flood Warning is also in effect for the Charles River at Dover. It affects Norfolk, Middlesex, and Suffolk Counties.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected across the region Monday afternoon. An inch of rainfall is expected in most areas, with 2 inches possible for northern Massachusetts.
