Deion Sanders Sits Down With 60 Minutes To Talk About It All

It's been a wild ride for Deion Sanders. We all know him best from his time on the field. Both the NFL and MLB fields. Remember when he was playing both sports? Then he stayed in the public eye as he went on to become a commentator for NFL Network and others. But Deion always felt like there was another calling, so he decided to get into coaching.

To be honest, the first time I heard that Deion Sanders was going to be a football coach I knew it was a good decision. This guy has a way about him. There's something in the way he talks to people that makes you believe him. I can see him being a great leader for young men on the football field.

His first crack at college coaching came at Jacksonville State. He spent three seasons with the school helping to raise its profile and give that team a chance to be seen by a bigger audience. Oh, and the team only lost 6 games over the three seasons with Deion on the sidelines.

Now he's made the jump to the big time with a head coaching spot at Colorado where the spotlight shines a little brighter. So far, Colorado is three games into the 2023 season and they are sitting 3-0. Deion Sanders, and the Buffaloes, are the top story in all of football. He sat down with 60 Minutes. He was captivating as usual. Deion also jumped on with The Rich Eisen Show to discuss the season and everything that's been going on.
