Ted Lasso came to Apple TV+ without much fanfare. Talk about the show was relatively quiet for the first few episodes before people started to dive in. I can say this because I jumped on board on day 1 and tried to find other people who were watching it. No one in my circle gave it a chance for quite some time.
The real moment the show crossed over was when it began winning awards. The public started taking notice of the joy and happiness that came with watching this rag tag group of people find their way on the field while also figuring out life on the outside of the pitch.
I can't think of another show that is so enjoyable to watch, and the cast seems to be the same in real life. They sat down with Norah O'Donnell from CBS News to talk about the show and it's 3rd season, which launched last week.
