The plane bounces a bit before finally coming to a stop in the water. The lone passenger was a 23-year-old pilot from Virginia who had planned on landing at Ocean City Airport. He told police that he started having engine trouble and decided to make an emergency landing in the water.
I have to give him credit for being able to handle the plane enough to land safely without any injuries.
