Hiker Rescued After Fleeing Attacker and Getting Lost for Four Days

Missing hiker Sheryl Powell is opening up about her harrowing ordeal while lost in California's White Mountains. The nightmare began shortly after Powell and her husband, Joe Powell, arrived at a remote camp site in Bristlecone Pine Forest Friday. After they chose a site to set up camp, Joe said he went to move the couple's Jeep. When he came back, Sheryl and their dog Miley were nowhere to be found. He feared the worst until Sheryl was found alive Monday.

Sheryl says she was taking Miley for a walk when a stranger man approached her with a knife, and attacked her. She managed to flee him, but in the process she got lost.
