Chicago CVS Employees Called the Cops on Woman Trying to Use Coupon

CVS has fired two Chicago employees after video surfaced of them calling the police on a customer for using what they thought was a fake coupon.

The coupon in question was real, and was mailed to shopper Camilla Hudson by the product manufacturer. Her photo of the coupon shows a December 2018 expiration date, and indicates that it is good for up to $17.99 toward a personal medical item.

But for some reason, the manager thought the coupon was fake, and decided to call the police over it! I'm pretty sure the police in Chicago have better things to do than to investigate fake coupons...

CVS released the statement below.
