People Are Getting Married Later and Later in Life

According to the most recent data, the average age people are getting married right now is the highest it’s ever been in recorded history.

Data from the U.S. Census Bureau shows that in 2017, the average age for a bride was 27.4 For men, the age is a little older at 29.5-years.

Compare that to 1990, when the average age for women was 24, in 1980 it was 22 and in the 1950s, it was only 20.

This may be the old man in me... But even 27 seems young to be tying the knot! There's no rush, people!
