Did Waterpark Rush to Build Ride That Killed Boy for Reality TV?

The co-owner of the Kansas City water park where a 10-year-old boy was killed in 2016 was arrested Monday on a variety of charges related to the incident. Jeffrey Henry, 62, was arrested on 12 counts of aggravated battery and five counts of aggravated child endangerment, an online database shows. 

Prosecutors in the case say that the water slide where a young boy was decapitated was completed in a hurry, all to impress TV producers for the Travel Channel show ‘Xtreme Waterparks.’
