Chef Juan Tourn at Davio's Italian Steakhouse in New York City created the seven-ounce delicasy. It consists of ingredients like wagyu beef, garlic, onion, Parmesan cheese and black truffle. It’s served with a glass of red wine and is part of a one-day promotion for National Meatball Day, a special attracting diners from far and wide.
