An original painting, signed by Pablo Picasso, was stolen in Milwaukee from an art appraiser's office.
"Somebody either knew what they were doing or just got lucky." said appraiser Bill DeLind. DeLind also says the painting was stolen in broad daylight. The piece is valued at between $35,000 and $50,000.
I'm not trying to blame the victim... But I am shocked this guy had such valuable art out in the open, and didn't have any video cameras recording the area. I mean, really?
