Mother Blames Anonymous Apps for Daughter's Bullying

Kids and technology can be a dangerous combination. Anti-bullying advocates say anonymous apps, like Sarahah, are breeding grounds for harmful behavior. Being anonymous allows app users to insult and slander each other without fear of repercussion.
