Plane Lands at Logan After Galley Catches Fire

A United Airlines flight was forced to land at Logan airport after a fire erupted in the galley.

United Airlines flight 107 from Munich to Washington Dulles was diverted to Boston and landed safely.

Fire and rescue crews were on site to evacuate passengers.

"The flight landed safely and customers deplaned normally after the aircraft arrived at the gate," United Airlines said. "Our maintenance team will inspect the aircraft to determine the cause."
