93% of Puerto Rico Is *Still* Without Electricity

It's been nearly two weeks since Hurricane Maria devastated the island of Puerto Rico.

There's a true humanitarian crisis happening, and only 7% of the island has had power restored. That's right-- 93% of the island is still living without electricity. Thousands are living without running water.

It could cost between $10-13 billion to fully rebuild, and it could set the island back nearly 20 years.
