The family of a seven-year-old boy who drowned off Carson Beach while attending a Boston run camp is suing the city.
The family of Kyzr Willis is also suing Mayor Marty Walsh over the death.
The child was a non-swimmer, so he should have been provided with a life jacket if he was near the water.
