Most parents I know complain about the high cost of back-to-school products. Backpacks, notebooks, pencils, crayons, lunch boxes... the list goes on and on.
But imagine the stress and anxiety felt by thousands of children around the country whose parents can't afford necessary school supplies.
This non-profit has collected mountains of backpacks for thousands of homeless children whose families don't have the money to get supplies for the new school year, like 11-year-old Gianna. Thanks to Operation Backpack, she's "so happy.
