Nancy James was upset when over 200 teenagers showed up at the small pool at her apartment complex. She told police the group was rowdy and getting out of control when she decided to approach them and ask them to calm things down.
One of the teens at the party is seen in this horrifying video picking the 68-year-old woman up off the ground, slipping and slamming her into the concrete, then picking her up again and throwing her into the pool.
The teen later turned himself in to police, and has been charged with battery of a person 65-years-of-age or older.
