Nearly 50 dachshunds are up for adoption after rescue groups in Florida helped save them from an Arkansas home.
The home belonged to a hoarder, who adopted 3 or 4 dogs five years ago without spaying or neutering them.
Although the dogs hadn't been receiving veterinary care, officials say they are clean, friendly and "not emaciated," and that their previous owner, and elderly man, "did the very best he could" for them.
In total, the man had over 75 dogs. He kept three, and some have already been adopted.
