Miyah Washington, 12, was building a snowman by herself outside of her home when Deputy Chris Blanding drove by in his patrol car.
He jumped out and asked if he could join in the snow day fun! Turns out, Miyah was playing alone because her mother is recovering from treatments for breast cancer.
