There's no doubt Carrie Underwood always looks fabulous! She revealed her diet to Cosmopolitan! Here's what Carrie eats everyday to look so fit and fab:
7 a.m.: fruit, oatmeal, cereal like Kashi Go Lean or Heart to Heart, without milk. Sometimes, there's a tofu scramble with chopped onions and peppers or frozen breakfast burritos
10 a.m.: stops by the grocery store and then gets in a work out with a treadmill, an elliptical, a cable machine, and free weights.
Carrie uses a deck of playing cards to make workouts feel more fun. She'll assign one exercise to each suit, including one upper body move (like push-ups or pull-ups), one lower body move (like weighted squats), one abs move (often using an abs wheel) and one cardio move (like jumping rope). Then she picks one card at a time and does as many reps are listed on each card for half the deck.
1 p.m.: sandwich: Ezekiel bread with Tofurky, or a fourth of an avocado, a handful of mixed greens or sprouts, and mustard. 3 p.m.: English muffin with peanut butter or a snack.
6 p.m.: vegan protein like tofu, beans, or a veggie burger with lots of veggies.
9 p.m.: a square of dark chocolate, some vegan So Delicious Ice Cream, or coconut milk ice cream. Otherwise, an English muffin, some toast, or popcorn.
