If this guy doesn't win Dad of the Year in 2019 then I demand a recount. His kid asked him to build a baseball field in their backyard...he thought about it...and then DID IT. Oh yeah, so far it's cost him about $30,000 to do so. Not for nothing kid - you should've asked for a car...or two...or a house.
But seriously, this is one of the best feel good stories of the year - hopefully they do some updates and we can check out some live on-field action. (cross your fingers this kid doesn't lose interest in baseball right?)
