According to a new study, losing as few as 16 minutes of sleep can have an impact on your workday.

It seems that being just a little bit tired ends up causing interference in your brain that leads to poor work performance.

And, things get worse of there are multiple days of lost sleep. Productivity -- and health -- decline very quickly. (WTVT-TV)
