According to a survey by staffing firm Office Team, 80 percent of survey respondents said they were happy with their supervisor. Just 16 percent said their boss was incompetent.

Here are the cities where employees like their boss the most:

1. Indianapolis
2. Salt Lake City
3. Chicago, Los Angeles and Miami (tie)

And the cities where workers like their boss the least:

1. Boston
2. Washington, D.C. , Phoenix (tie)
3. Cincinnati, Detroit (tie)  (The Ladders)
