In the summer months, a lot of people will be escaping to a vacation by the water where they can relax and unwind. While we can’t imagine any location by the water to be unhappy, apparently some are happier than others, and a new list reveals which ones are the happiest out there.
“Coastal Living” has just come out with their choices for the Happiest Seaside Towns in America, with Ocean City, New Jersey topping the list. "This Jersey Shore city is pure Americana—a 19th century resort town that thrives on a recipe of boardwalk amusements, funnel cakes, and saltwater taffy,” Sid Evans, Editor-in-Chief of "Coastal Living," explains. “Ocean City's status as a 'dry town' keeps the whole vibe there very family-friendly - and it keeps people coming back year after year.”
