HOPPING IN THE SAUNA IS GOOD FOR GUYS

According to a new study, hopping in the sauna regularly could reduce the risk of high blood pressure in men by almost 50%.

This, of course, is a huge deal because around 75 million adults in the U.S. have high blood pressure.

The researchers found that the more often guys sit in the sauna, the more they reduce their risk of high blood pressure. (Medical News Daily)
