ONE HOUR OF EXERCISE PER WEEK CAN PREVENT DEPRESSION

According to a new study, you don’t have to spend hours in the gym each day to improve your mental and emotional health. Instead, just one hour of exercise each week can prevent depression.

Researchers found that those who don’t exercise are almost twice as likely to suffer depression when compared to those who exercise just one hour a week. Or, nine minutes a day. (University of New South Wales)
