Shania Twain is the latest musician to land a reality TV show gig. The singer, whose new album “Shania Now” drops September 29th, has signed on as a mentor on the Canadian singing competition “The Launch.”
The show, which also features Fergie and OneRepublic’s Ryan Tedder, follows a group of unsigned musicians trying to create an original song in just two days. The six-part series, created and co-judged by music exec Scott Borchetta, is set to launch on CTV next year, although it is expected to be shopped internationally.
