Summer is almost over and there have certainly been a few country songs that have dominated the charts, and thanks to “Billboard” we know which tunes most folks have been listening to this season.
Not surprisingly, Sam Hunt’s “Body Like A Back Road” has dominated the Hot Country Songs chart all summer, and, well, most of the year, spending 26 weeks at number one, but that’s not the only tune doing well on that chart this summer. Also having a good season is Brett Young’s “In Case You Didn’t Know,” followed by Luke Combs’“Hurricane,” Thomas Rhett’s “Craving You” featuring Maren Morris, and Keith Urban’s “The Fighter,” featuring Carrie Underwood.
- Meanwhile, over on the Country Airplay chart, “Craving You,” is the hottest song this summer, followed by Dylan Scott’s “My Girl,” Rascal Flatts’ “Yours If You Want It,” “Body Like A Back Road,” and “The Fighter.”
