Loretta Lynn has postponed the release of her album Wouldn't It Be Great while she continues recovering from a stroke.
The record, which was scheduled to be out on August 18th, will now be released in 2018, and the rest of her performances for this year have been canceled.
She says this album is important to her and she wants to be sure she can give it her best effort. But she assures her fans that she will be back as soon as she can. Referencing the constant rumors that Willie Nelson is ill, Loretta says, "I'm just letting everybody know that Willie ain't dead yet and neither am I, and I can't wait to see all of you on the road!"
