Dan & Abby's yard is host to a number of creatures - their numerous dogs and a baby deer. Mama deer had apparently been MIA for a little while, but when she returned she did so with flare!
The ring camera catches mama deer jumping the fence into the yard to chase/or play (not quite sure) with their pack of dogs. When Dan realizes what's happening he jumps to action (though not sure what his game plan actually is) to protect the pooches? And yes he does eat it.
