Caroline Jones Makes Met Gala Debut In Gorgeous, Nature-Inspired Gown

Caroline Jones wore a gorgeous, earthy gown with gold accent pieces as she arrived at her first-ever Met Gala on Monday evening (May 4).

The solo singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and Zac Brown Band member, 35, shared a sneak peek of her look before she walked the red carpet at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. Jones shared how she was inspired by the 2026 theme, “Costume Art,” in honor of the Costume Institute’s newest exhibition that spotlights the connection between fashion and the human body. Jones said on her Instagram story when she thought about the theme, “I thought about organic, I thought about my love for nature. So, that’s the angle that we’re going with.” On another slide on her Instagram story, Jones hinted at the golden bird and flowers that rests on her shoulder, custom gold leaves in her hair, and an old Hollywood hairstyle cascading over her other shoulder.

“On the way to my first MET GALA!! 💃🏻🍃🌳💃🏻🍃🌳💃🏻,” Jones wrote in a caption on Instagram as she headed to the 2026 Met Gala. Actress Nicole Kidmanwho shared a sweet moment with her 17-year-old daughter on the red carpet — co-chaired the event with BeyoncéVenus Williams and Anna Wintour. Other celebrities arrived wearing stunning, extravagant, bold looks.
