“The young kids would call this a teaser,” Thomas Rhett wrote in his caption on TikTok.
The country superstar shared a 16-second clip on Tuesday evening (March 31), featuring an unreleased song playing as he eats marshmallows. Rhett added in the comments, “I’m dancing’,” and “we’re ‘vibing’ as they also say.” DJ and record producer Marshmello said, “oh, this is a teaser alright,” seemingly confirming a collaboration arriving soon. TikTokers reacted, “Marshmello x Thomas Rhett Collab Wasn't On My 2026 Bingo Card,” “I better be getting this soon,” “oh I am so freaking ready for this collab,” and more.
Rhett hasn’t shared additional information — including a possible release date for new music — as of publication time on Wednesday (April 1).
The teaser (as “the young kids” say) arrives shortly after Rhett announced two stadium shows with pop star Niall Horan. The two artists will co-headline shows at GEODIS Park in Nashville, Tennessee, and at Hersheypark Stadium in Hersey, Pennsylvania. Kashus Culpepper and Emily Ann Roberts will join the lineups of both shows. Rhett said in a statement that “Niall and I have been buddies for nearly a decade now, but one thing we’ve not done yet is officially tour together. There’s nothing I love more than being on the road alongside longtime friends—it’s going to be a blast for us and the fans.”
Rhett, who recently welcomed Baby No. 5 with wife Lauren Akins, also announced his headlining “The Soundtrack To Life Tour.” Roberts, Culpepper, ERNEST, Zach John King, Vincent Mason and Conner Smith will join the tour on select dates.
