Lauren Alaina admitted she “was absolutely not expecting” to observe Mother’s Day as she awaits Baby No. 1’s arrival, but her husband had other plans.
Alaina, who is 37 weeks pregnant, shared a glimpse of her Mother’s Day celebrations — including some surprises — planned by her husband, Cam Arnold. The country star explained, “Cameron said I am already a mom, so he is gonna spoil me today.” Many social media users gushed over the heartwarming day planned for Alaina when she shared a glimpse of her first Mother's Day celebration on Instagram.
The “Those Kind Of Women” artist announced earlier this year that she and Arnold are expecting their first child. Alaina made the announcement at the end of her full circle “Those Kind Of Women” music video, which also included a nod to her own mother. Alaina debuted her growing baby bump for the first time, and quickly shared a gender reveal to confirm Baby No. 1 is a girl. She’s since shared a sweet glimpse of the nursery and other moments throughout her pregnancy.
