Meet Ray Fulcher - You Already Know HITS He Wrote With Luke Combs

Radio Tour - That's when a new artists' label brings him all over the country to meet as many radio stations as possible. The artist may get a little tired and not always know where they're at, but I LOVE IT and I do my darndest to make our visit memorable!

Last week Ray Fulcher came to town and ahead of our meeting I asked a little about Ray... what kind of food does he like? Has he ever been to Boston? What does he like? His rep informed me he was a bit into History so in Boston there are soooo many places, but I knew the one... Charlestown for the Navy Yard and the USS Constitution. Shout out to Pier 6 for hooking up the Private Dining room so we could chat and Ray could play.

Ray Fulcher has already co-written a bunch of songs you know that became #1s from Luke Combs - examples "Does To Me" & "When It Rains It Pours". Of course "Does" also featured one of his heroes Eric Church.

I feel like we are seeing some of the best country songwriters & artists become the new A team of country and I think with Fulcher now putting his own work out now as his own he'll be joining artists like Combs and Wallen as new powerhouses.

His new single he's putting out to Country Radio is "Girl In It" - maybe I'll play it for you this week ;-)

Another you may be familiar with (because had I made the connection this was him I would have made him play it) "Anything Like You Dance"... legit would listen to that on the "New Boots" playlist on repeat! Check out some videos and some clips from our jam session at Pier 6 last week :-)
