Here's Some Ideas to Deal With Stress

Stress relief …A new survey has found that more than 75% of respondents said they are feeling stressed these days. And how are we dealing with that stress? Seems most people surveyed are dealing with it in a healthy way – by exercising. 52% of respondents said they are exercising to deal with stress, followed by watching TV (42%), sleeping (38%), meditating (37%) and having a drink at the end of the day (32%).
