My friends and I back in WMASS would have a Chili Bowl of our own around the Super Bowl every year... I would lose every year getting beat out by exotic meat chilis... MOOOSE! Yup I tried that. This is a great event for ideas on how to enhance your own creations!
Proceeds will benefit ALS Therapy Development Institute (ALS TDI). The Bowl features Boston & Cambridge restaurants and breweries! Variety of chili, beer, and a custom tasting glass! Some of the participants: Al's Tech Square Café, Cambridge Brewing Company, Catalyst Restaurant, Chica de Gallo, Democracy Brewing, The Druid, Lolita, Mariel, Puritan & Co., Tambo 22, Taqueria El Barrio, Taranta, Aeronaut Brewing Co., Idle Hands Craft Ales, Mighty Squirrel Brewing Co., Narragansett Beer, Notch Brewing, and Portico Brewing.
