Back From Nashville! New Music I'm Excited About!

Last week I was absent from the airwaves for what is called CRS "Country Radio Seminar". It's done once a year in Nashville where programmers come in from all over the country to hear new music from our faves and hear new artists. There were so many highlights I know I'll miss a few, but there is so much greatness floating out there for 2020. New songs... new artists!

New Artists to check out... most are highlighted in the below montage.

Parker McCollum "Pretty Heart" - this guy is already popular in Texas and has charted with this song even before officially sending it to country radio. Ladies - it's what you wish every guy would say after he breaks your heart. I'm OBSESSED with this song already.

Adam Hambrick - There's a song he performed on the Bobby Bones show a few months back "Broken Ladder" that I hope they get to for a single, but his next is something called "Forever Ain't Long Enough" and it's a JAM!

Caylee Hammack - The latest fiery red head to the format... she sang a little something called "Small Town Hypocrite" - not sure if this will be the next single, but during her performance in the Ryman she walked out from behind the mic and sang still loud enough for everyone in the venue to hear. GOOSEBUMPS! If you snagged tickets to our now sold out "Songs & Stories" you'll get to witness this amazingness on 3/22!

Payton Smith & Kylie Morgan are also new artists that were fab to watch. Payton is only 20, but I've had many conversations with him and he knows his stuff! 90s country, rock, and he knows how to get a little funky on the guitar... think Keith Urban picking mannerisms.

And New Music from our faves...

Luke Bryan "Born Here, Live Here, Die Here"

Jon Pardi "Ain't Always The Cowboy"

Keith Urban "Then God Whispered Your Name"

Brothers Osborne "Skeletons" (not sure if that's the actual name but DANNNG the jam is good!)

Sam Hunt "2016" SWOOOON

Eric Church was actually a keynote speaker at one of the seminars... OF COURSE I wouldn't miss a chance to hear Church talk about the creative process. He played a little something from something special coming our way soon. CHECK IT OUT!

And some of my favorite people in the business I got to see/meet... check out... wait for the last pic!
