BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Boston police are searching for a driver involved in a hit-and-run outside Encore Boston Harbor Resort early Sunday morning.
A pedestrian was hit by the car outside the casino at around 3:30 a.m. Sunday, according to police.
The victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital.

Authorities are still looking for the driver of the vehicle.
