Mass State Police Rescue 2 Dogs From The Tobin Bridge

BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — Massachusetts State Police rescued two dogs that were on the Tobin Bridge Thursday afternoon.

The dogs were reported on the bridge around 3:30 p.m. Two drivers had stopped to make sure the the dogs were not hit by any cars.

When troopers arrived, they put the dogs "safely" into a cruiser before taking them to Chelsea Animal Control.

It is unclear how the dogs got onto the bridge.
