The old saying goes "if at first you don't succeed, try, try again" -- and that's just what the suits at Ticketmaster are doing with Taylor Swift's massive Eras tour.
After an epic fail that resulted in millions of angry Swifties, and probes by both Congress and the Department of Justice, Ticketmaster sent "verified" fans a detailed E-mail on Monday, promising that personalized invitations will be sent out between now and December 23rd, with cities being added on a staggered basis.
The E-mail went on to say that some people who request tickets will be denied, but no credit card info will be taken until the end of the process, which the company hopes will be less troublesome than the last time around.
