This year in celebration of the 125th Boston Marathon in addition to the in person which will be run October 11th for 20,000 entrants that qualify; there will be a virtual for the first 70,000 entrants. The Virtual can be run anywhere and anytime between October 8th - 11th. No time limit. No qualifying necessary. You just need to be able to run the 26.2 in one shot.
Registration for the virtual is tomorrow at 10AM. April 20th for the in person run which requires some qualifications. Of course 2022 we should be back to our normal Patriots Day Marathon date, but if you are hoping to celebrate this year they do have a virtual 5K option for the weekend of April 16th - 18th (yes I am signed up for that one!)
