Catching up with one of my new fave artists Matt Stell! When "Prayed For You" was released I'll admit I was a little bummed it wasn't "Everywhere But On"... I'd been digging that song for a long time. "Prayed For You" was fantastic too and Matt's first #1. Now "Everywhere But On" is hopefully about to be his 2nd.
