#Quarantine15 - Join Us Tomorrow To Kick It Off - 3:15 on The Bull Insta

Before I moved out here I was in really good shape and I attribute that to doing CrossFit about twice a week. My body needs to lift weights in order to slim down and feel strong.

After the first of this year I realized I had slipped. I had gained weight... not in muscle, but in fat. I try not to get obsessed with numbers on scales for me it's about what that weight is all about. Body Composition! You've heard not all calories are created equal... well not all pounds are created equal.

Working out is also important to keep depression in check. In my 20s I learned that mental health for me is best treated with an anti-depressant and regular work outs. #RockTheStigma

Well 2020 isn't turning out how most of us dreamed. Those of us that were committed to our fitness may feel a bit derailed and concerned about the "Quarantine 15" (similar to the Freshmen 15). Those concerned about their overall mental health may be a bit concerned too.

WELL... let's take this negative into a positive! We're gonna take that #Quarantine15 and make it into a every weekday workout!

I'm looking for fitness buffs from with all areas of expertise to lead us all in 15 minute workouts that you can easily do from your own home! We'll link up with them from our Bull Instagram @TheBull1017 so that we are properly distanced!

Tuesday we'll kick it off from Joe over at CrossFit RBP in Medford!

*Literally the week before this all hit I had reached out to him to A - admit I had been slacking and needed to get back at it and B - see if I could get some personal training to get back in a groove!

Wednesday this week we'll work out with my best friend Liz Van Dyck - @Get_LizFit

Lizzy and I have been friends since the first grade. She was a kick ass Field Hockey and Tennis player when we were younger and now she lives in Austin TX and works as a Personal Trainer. She still sends fitness motivation to myself on the regular!

Thursday and Friday... STAND BY!
